Communication

We take communication very seriously and we find it vital to facilitating a good remodel project & enhancing the quality of our relationship.
Showing up on time
Schedules are important. We don't want to constantly be waiting for you at the job site. Obviously it happens occasionally, but it shouldn't be often.
Not showing up on time can cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars.
Fair & Honest Pricing
We want you to make money, because it's important in having a successful business.
We also want to pass along the best price to our clients while providing top-notch quality.
Great Workmanship
We need to know the employees you place on the job site will be skilled, reliable and responsible craftspeople.
We don't want to have to ask you to come back several times to fix something if it could have been prevented.
Professionalism
As a valued member of our construction team, we expect you and your employees to exhibit professionalism.
Personal appearance & behavior leave an impression on clients that directly impact their opinion of our company.
Respect
Respecting each other, the client and their home is extremely important to our company. Trade Partners also appreciate that we respect them.
A neat, clean & orderly job site shows a quality-conscious & respectful company is doing the work.
Providing Paperwork
We ask all our trade Partners to add us onto their liability insurance under additionally insured. This is a standard practice that does not cost you any money. If it were to cost more, please let us know and we can talk to your provider and either convince them not to charge the company or we can probably cover it. We also ask you to provide the companies ROC#, workers compensation verification or exemption, W-9 and to sign our Trade Partner Agreement.
