Outside Living Concepts are great landscape design and build specialists with 100+ years of experience on their team. They don't do maintenance or one-time cleanups, they design and build beautiful outdoor spaces. They are also insured, licensed and bonded which is important. Pest Control:
Responsible Pest Control is a great company I've used for 3+ years. They are well priced and easy to work with. If you need them to come back out for something like ants or you saw a scorpion, they come out a second time before their next scheduled appointment at no cost. Heating and Cooling (HVAC):

We often suggest Anderson or Pella which are large companies with a large selection. R&K building supplies can often beat the other price for the same windows. Air Duct Sealing / Home Energy Tests:
Aeroseal American is a great locally owned company. The owner Pat Farrell is easy to work with, knowledgeable and honest. He had the opportunity to sell me on his services and instead was honest and let me know I didn't need his product or service. Their phone number is 480-326-9086.
In-Wall Insulation:
I had the pleasure of working with Dennis the owner of Thermal Advantage. I noticed there were numerous places in my home that were cold in the winter and warm in the summer. I had sealed many things in the home but still had issues. They do injection foam in the walls which is different than spray foam. It doesn't expand or make a mess, and you can still run wires or plumbing through it in the future if needed. They provided great customer service!
