Guest Bathroom Remodeling

Built in 1990, Barbara's guest bathroom needed a refresh to match her contemporary style. She aimed for a functional, sophisticated space while preserving elements still in great condition.

To achieve a polished and updated look, shower walls were stripped down to the studs, allowing for a full rebuild. The shower area was framed to accommodate a larger recessed niche, tiled with Victoria Grey Rouen stone mosaic .

White Argile 2x9 tiles were carefully stacked in a straight offset pattern, extending to the ceiling for a seamless aesthetic. She opted for a shower curtain instead of glass to maintain an open and flexible space.

Staturio Lio Matte 12x24 tiles were laid in a 1/3 offset pattern, creating a bright and spacious feel. The flooring was finished with fresh baseboards, and a new Kohler Cimarron comfort-height elongated toilet was installed for added comfort.

Vanity area underwent a significant upgrade while preserving the existing lighting and soffit above. New Waypoint cabinets in a Cherry Slate finish were installed, complemented by sleek matte black cabinet handles from Amerock. 

A stunning quartz countertop in Calacatta Divine from Arizona Tile provided a luxurious yet durable surface, with an eased edge for a refined touch.

Barbara’s guest bathroom now offers a refreshed, inviting space with a blend of elegance and practicality. Thoughtful upgrades and high-quality finishes create a cohesive design, ensuring comfort and function for years to come.

Laundry Room Revamp

The laundry room was updated to maximize storage and efficiency while maintaining a stylish aesthetic. Outdated cabinets were removed, making way for new Waypoint cabinets in a Boulder finish, with brushed satin nickel handles.

A Calacatta Divine quartz countertop from Arizona Tile was installed, featuring an eased edge for a polished look.

The Kraus undermount sink pairs with a Delta Essa faucet, complemented by a Decora Ventrate 8x8 backsplash that adds a bold pattern under the cabinets.

Fresh wall and ceiling paint completed the remodel, seamlessly tying together the refreshed and practical design of the laundry room.

The guest bathroom and laundry room now feature upgraded functionality and timeless style. Thoughtful material choices and smart storage solutions create efficient, welcoming areas built to last.
