Kitchen & Master Bath Revamp in Ahwatukee...

It was a pleasure working with Eric & Jennifer, helping them to update theirwhole house remodel.  It included remodeling their kitchen, blocking off or replacing windows, new doors, laundry room, fireplaces wall, kids bathroom vanity, paint and flooring.

The Kitchen Revamp

The old kitchen had an old and closed off setup. So we removed the wall between the entryway and the kitchen to create a spacious area and install new lighting to brighten up the space.

They also asked us to remove the drop ceiling in the kitchen so it could be the same as the rest of the vaulted ceiling.

They did a great job picking the materials even the smallest details look amazing. The "Themar grigio Savoia Matte 3x12" porcelain from Arizona Tile works perfectly for the backsplash, and the 32" Single Basin 16 Gauge Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink creates a useful and handy area.  
The new "Aspen Beachcomber 6x36" porcelain tile from Arizona Tile, along with the "Platinum Quartzite Natural Stone" countertops give a brighter and updated look.

Let's talk about the master bathroom...

Our mission wasn't just to update the master bathroom. The homeowners were looking to add features to have a more functional area.

We installed new cabinets with roll under for wheelchair with a new countertop.

The 2 new mirrors with storage look great and provide useful space.

We moved the one vanity light electrical to accommodate 2 new vanity lights - one for each of them above the sinks.

The faucets along with the towel bar were replaced and now have an updated look.
