Kitchen Revamp

Glen envisioned a well-lit, spacious kitchen with ample storage and a layout designed for daily convenience. Creating an inviting and functional kitchen was the primary focus.

We started by removing the small wall by the pantry area. This change improved the flow between the kitchen and living areas, making the space feel larger and more inviting while providing additional storage and allowing for symmetry around the stove.

Waypoint cabinets in Painted Linen created a bright and fresh look. Storage upgrades included roll-out trays, a trash/recycling pull-out, a Lazy Susan, and a stainless steel tilt-out tray under the sink. Pantry shelves were also customized for better organization.

A stunning quartz countertop from Arizona Tile’s Della Terra Quartz line in Everest was installed. Two waterfall edges and a 10-inch overhang for additional seating enhanced the island's visual appeal.

For the backsplash, Glen chose Glass Mosaic Winter Morning tiles, installed in a brick lay with a 50% offset. This reflective surface helped amplify the brightness of the kitchen while complementing the overall color palette.

A new Delta Lorelai undermount stainless steel workstation sink was added, along with a Moen Align matte black kitchen faucet. The garbage disposal was reinstalled, with its switch conveniently relocated under the sink for better accessibility.

To unify the kitchen, dining, and living areas, Travel Eastgray tile from Tanner Materials was installed in an 8x48" plank size with a 1/3 offset pattern.

Powder Room Renovation

Creating a more refined and functional space was the priority for this powder room update. Every element was carefully selected to enhance style and practicality while maintaining a seamless connection to the rest of the home.

A new Waypoint cabinet in Painted Linen replaced the previous vanity, offering a fresh and timeless look. For consistency, the same Top Knobs Pennington handles in flat black were used as in the kitchen, ensuring a cohesive feel.

 Della Terra Quartz in Everest was chosen for the countertop, providing durability and an elegant surface. A Kohler Verticyl undermount sink and Moen Align matte black faucet completed the vanity area with a streamlined and functional design.

A Pottery Barn Vintage Pivot mirror in matte black introduced a stylish focal point, while the Rhodes vanity light fixture with clear glass shades brightened the space.

To add character, an accent wall with Art Deco Swans wallpaper brought texture and visual interest.

Dining Room Buffet  Remodeling

Adding a built-in buffet provided both extra storage and a refined focal point for the dining area. Designed to complement the surrounding spaces, this addition blends practicality with a sophisticated aesthetic.

Waypoint cabinets in Painted Linen matched the kitchen for a unified look. Four glass-front doors provided stylish storage and display space for dining essentials.

To maintain visual cohesiveness, Della Terra Quartz in Everest from the kitchen was used for the buffet surface. This durable and stylish choice not only tied the spaces together but also provided a sleek and easy-to-maintain surface for serving and entertaining.

This remodel achieved the goal of creating a brighter, more functional home with cohesive design. The kitchen now offers improved storage and an open layout, the powder room adds refined elegance, and the dining room buffet enhances style and practicality.
