Shower, bathtub, and Countertop Master Bath Renovation In Chandler

The bones of Jim and Laura Mills home were solid. Their desires were to update the Master and guest bathrooms and install new hard surfaces in the Kitchen.

They also wanted to improve the lighting throughout by creating lighting levels for general, accent and task.

In the Master Bathroom they desired to take their builder grade bathroom to the next level by creating at modern yet sophisticated space. Their oversized garden tub was not working for them any longer and the large, fabricated shower walls were discolored and showing their age.

By determining that Laura wanted to relax at the end of the day, she wanted a smaller, but luxurious bathtub. Because the main flooring was still in great shape, this caused a little issue due to not having extra to lay under the newly opened tub area.

To elevate the look, we used the flat pebble Warm Blend rock to create a dedicated relaxation station. Due to the post – tension slab we needed to raise the freestanding tub filler a few inches, by raising this the water effortlessly cascades into the tub.

The shower walls were updated to a modern stone 12X24 tile. The Anthology White appears bright and light but encapsulates you during your showering experience. We removed the dated glass block window on the inner wall of the shower to modernize the look. The natural basketweave of cream, grey and ivory compliment the shower floor, walls, and plumbing fixtures. That niche will hold a lot of hair product. We know, we’ve tried.

The vanity areas also were upgraded, the cast integrated sinks & countertops had to go. New quartz countertops, undermounted sinks and the Delta Lahara widespread faucets bring that area current. The upgraded lighting and modern mirrors bounce light all around the room allowing every new area to shine brighter.

Guest Bathroom Renovation In Chandler

Jim and Laura occasionally had guests that would come visit. Their tired guest bathroom needed a fresh punch of elegance. Look at that stunning porcelain wall tile. This 12X24 Collection is call Tru Marmie Gold and it doesn’t disappoint. Taking the tile to the ceiling created a stunning masterpiece. The frameless glass doors allow for a clean yet unobstructed view. Again, a new countertop, sink faucet and mirror complete this upgraded look. 

Kitchen Renovation In Chandler

Their beautiful kitchen cabinets needed something to help them shine a little bit more. The granite was dated and the 4” backsplash had to go. We installed the castle brick grey backsplash on a beautiful quartz countertop around the perimeter. The island is the heart of the kitchen. The Stunning granite features blues, greys, and iridescent fragments of onyx. This countertop is called… and is truly a conversation starter. The new Delta Cassidy faucet and undermount granite composite sink are illuminated by the Kichler Everly glass pendants.
