Home Renovation

Marisa was looking for a remodel to improve her parents' home. She also needed our expertise on how to make the kitchen, master and guest bathrooms as well as laundry room more functional.

This remodeling project had the goal to increase the home’s function, updating the home’s modern style and allowing the homeowners to live comfortably at home. We had a great time working on every stage of the project and we are delighted that they have beautiful spaces to enjoy.

We started by removing the cabinets and installing new cabinets in existing locations. The homeowner and designer selected  Sollid - Envii Series Shinnoki Ivory Oaks cabinets with Cambria Quartz Countertops and a new backsplash tile in ab elongated hex to add to the modern style.

Phoenix Home Remodeling also added Pass-throughs in the kitchen and Dining space to give the home a more open feel.

The new kitchen it's brighter and lighter and the cabinet layout  works better for the homeowners and their needs. 

Master Bathroom Remodel

The master bathroom had an outdated look, and the homeowners were looking to give a fresh and modern feel to the space.
New cabinets were installed too, along with Quartz countertops that match the kitchen.

They chose Kohler Farmington oval drop-in sinks and 2 Moen- Voss widespread faucets in gold. Also, a large plate glass mirror and a new vanity light were installed. 

Guest Bathroom Remodeling

As part of the renovation project, the guest bathroom got a new vanity cabinet with Fairboure Quartz Countertop and a Kohler Farmington oval drop-in sink.
A new Moen Voss widespread faucet and the plate glass mirror were installed to match the rest of the house.

Laundry Room Revamp

For the laundry room, the homeowners wanted to add a sink and install new upper cabinets for more storage.

The cabinets are the same as the rest of the house to give the home a cohesive feel.
