Guest Bathroom Revamp

Megan and BJ set out to renovate their guest bathroom, aiming for a functional and modern upgrade. They desired a stylish yet practical space for their home, focusing on high-quality materials and a clean design aesthetic.

To create a custom shower, demolition and cleanup of the old fixtures was necessary, followed by installing a new shower. Penny round floor tile was selected for the shower, providing a vibrant yet subtle texture.

For the walls, a smooth white 8" x 24" tile was installed for a bright, clean look. The shower featured a recessed wall niche with an Artisan-style deco tile, arranged seamlessly without cutting the tiles.

A new plumbing setup was installed, including a Delta Saylor showerhead in matte black to modernize the space.

The vanity was completely revamped with Sollid Designer Series cabinets in Napa Beachwood Maple, complemented by Miseno Huntington cabinet pulls in matte black to match the shower fixtures.

A white quartz countertop added elegance, paired with a standard rectangle undermount sink and a Delta Trinsic vanity faucet.

For lighting, a 3-light black fixture was centered above the new mirror from Woodvale, enhancing the modern look of the space.

Kids Bathroom Reno

As part of their renovation project, they wanted to improve the functionality and style of the kid's bathroom. Their plan was to upgrade the fixtures and finishes to enhance the bathroom's aesthetic appeal while keeping the existing footprint intact.

A striking and unique combination of the blue hexagon tile alongside the white subway tile adorned the shower walls, creating a visually captivating and elegant finish.

A new and functional soaking tub was installed. A modern, geometric hex tile was chosen for the wall niches, adding a touch of sophistication to the space.

Custom cabinetry from Sollid's Designer Series in Napa Painted Naval added a charming visual contrast, outfitted with sleek Top Knobs bar pulls in flat black.

White quartz countertops were chosen for their durability and elegance, complementing the overall design and matching the guest's bathroom design.

Renovations transformed the guest and kids' bathrooms into modern, inviting spaces with carefully chosen materials and finishes that enhance comfort and style.
