Kitchen Renovation
Mindy & Rollie envisioned an open, bright kitchen with a modern feel that connected to their living space. Their goal was to remove barriers, improve functionality, and create a cohesive design that reflected their personal style.
A wall between the kitchen and living room was carefully removed to achieve their vision, contingent on it not being load-bearing, and electrical, HVAC, and plumbing considerations were addressed.
A custom island was built with navy-painted cabinets, adorned with Parker Furniture legs, providing ample storage on both sides and topped with striking Beverly Blue Quartzite countertops.

Waypoint 570F Painted Linen cabinets with 12-inch toppers, crown molding, and square light rails were installed, accented by Honey Bronze pulls from Top Knobs.
Walker Zanger Deep Sea Ovolo Gloss tiles were installed for the backsplash, featuring a horizontal stack layout with Arctic White grout and thicker grout lines for added texture.
A Blanco Silgranit sink, Kohler faucet, and InSinkErator disposal were installed. The navy shiplap range hood was vented through a new HVAC exhaust, with updated wiring for the stovetop, oven, and microwave.

The remodel transformed the kitchen into a bright, functional space seamlessly connected to the living area. Thoughtful design and quality materials created an inviting and practical hub for daily life and entertainment.
