Casita Bathroom & Guest Bathroom Remodels in Sun Lakes...

It was great working with Sue & Dan on their guest bathroom and casita bathroom remodel.

They had the typical builder grade materials in their bathrooms and they wanted to have a new look that also increased their functionality and quality of materials.

Their Guest Bathroom Remodel

Their guest bathroom remodel got a complete remodel gut job.  This included new flooring, new vanity, faucet, mirror, lighting, toilet, paint and new shower.

Their Casita Bathroom Remodel

Their casita bathroom was very similar in layout and except the room and the vanity are a little smaller.

We also removed everything from this bathroom and they had us remodel the shower, vanity, flooring, toilet, lighting and accessories.

I really like the choices they made for all of their design elements because it really ties the bathroom together.
