Kitchen Renovation

Bonnie wanted to refresh her kitchen by keeping what she loved and upgrading what no longer worked, blending subtle luxury with practicality, all without changing the existing layout.

The original cabinets and flooring were kept, but the kitchen was elevated with several smart updates. Soft-close hidden hinges were added to the cabinet doors, and new brushed satin nickel pulls from TopKnobs brought a clean, modern look.

Countertops were replaced with Arizona Tile’s Della Terra Quartz in the Ripieno Honed finish. Two waterfall ends and a backsplash wrapping into the window sides created a sleek, seamless look.

A Kraus Turino sink and Delta Emmeline faucet were installed, along with a matching soap dispenser. Under-sink plumbing was also updated for proper function.

To improve lighting and airflow, a new ceiling fan with silver blades and six LED bulbs was installed. Additionally, eight electrical devices were updated with white Decora-style outlets and switches for a more contemporary look.

Bonnie also opted to install a new 30” GE electric cooktop with knob controls in stainless steel, placed right where the original was while keeping the wall mirror intact behind it.

Master Bathroom Renovation

The goal for this master bathroom was to create a spa-like retreat by upgrading the core features while preserving elements that were still in great shape. The layout remained the same, but the finishes and functionality were completely transformed.

A zero-threshold shower was built with the floor raised to match the rest of the bathroom. The shower floor features white elongated hex tiles, and the walls are covered in large-format Lenci White polished porcelain tiles stacked horizontally for a sleek, continuous look.

Delta Kayra fixtures in Brilliance Stainless were installed, including a handheld sprayer and relocated valve for easy access. The shower was finished with a recessed niche, corner bench, and a frameless glass with brushed nickel clips.

The original tub was replaced with a 59” Avano St. Croix acrylic drop-in bathtub. Tile from the same Lenci collection was used around the deck, wall, and tub face to create a cohesive visual connection with the shower.

Cabinetry was kept but enhanced with soft-close hidden hinges and brushed satin nickel pulls. The countertop was replaced with Ripieno Honed quartz from Arizona Tile, finished with an eased edge and a 4” backsplash.

Two new undermount porcelain sinks and Delta Kayra faucets in Brilliance Stainless were installed, along with all-new under-sink plumbing and angle stops.

 Accessories including towel rings, robe hooks, and a toilet paper holder were also updated to match the new hardware and fixtures.

Guest Bathroom Remodeling

Outdated finishes and worn fixtures made the bathroom feel closed-in and tired. The goal was to brighten the space and give it a more tailored, inviting look without altering the layout or major structural elements.

Removing the old tub and tile allowed for a full walk-in shower with a cleaner, more open feel. Large-format Lenci White polished porcelain tiles cover the walls, paired with white hex tile on the floor to add texture and contrast.

A recessed niche was installed, while Delta’s Kayra shower system and sliding glass doors in brushed nickel completed the new setup. Surrounding the existing window in matching tile helped unify the space and elevate the design.

The vanity cabinet was preserved but upgraded with new soft-close hinges and brushed satin nickel pulls. A new quartz countertop in Ripieno Honed, along with an undermount sink and Delta faucet, replaced the original surface.

A beveled-edge mirror and modern four-light fixture were installed and centered above the sink. Electrical outlets and switches were updated to white Decora style to keep the look cohesive.

Casita Bathroom Revamp

Once filled with pink tile, wallpaper, and brass accents, the casita bathroom received a head-to-toe makeover. The goal was to brighten the space, modern key features, and make it more welcoming for guests, all while keeping the original layout and cabinetry.

The old bathtub and tile were removed, making way for a walk-in shower with full-height polished porcelain walls.

 Oversized Lenci tiles were installed in a horizontal stack, while the floor was finished with elongated Gaia White hex mosaic for contrast and comfort.

The original vanity cabinet stayed but got a big style lift. Soft-close hinges and TopKnobs brushed satin pulls were added, while the tile countertop was replaced with Arizona Tile’s Della Terra Quartz in Ripieno Honed.

An undermount porcelain sink, Delta Kayra faucet, and new under-sink plumbing brought everything up to date. A framed beveled mirror and brushed nickel vanity light helped bring elegance and balance to the vanity wall.
