Primary Bathroom Reno
Jill’s primary bathroom needed more than just a facelift. The finishes felt outdated, storage space was lacking, and the layout didn’t offer a relaxing retreat. She wanted a design that was functional every day but also felt fresh and inviting.
The old shower was removed down to the studs to create a brand-new custom design. Updated plumbing, waterproofing, and framing prepared the space for a much more durable and attractive setup.
Walls were tiled with Bianco Lasa Matte in a vertical straight stack pattern, giving the shower clean lines and a spacious feel. A recessed niche was reframed to a larger size and finished with Blume Deco porcelain tile, creating an eye-catching accent.

The shower floor was covered with Snow White recycled glass mosaic, paired with stainless Delta Trinsic fixtures for a cohesive look. A frameless glass enclosure with brushed nickel hardware opened up the room and completed the design.
Old cabinetry was replaced with navy blue cabinets from Waypoint. A tall pantry cabinet in the center created more organization, while drawers and additional base cabinets maximized space.
MSI Calacatta Alto quartz countertops were installed along with two undermount sinks for a clean, polished look. Delta Trinsic faucets tied in with the shower fixtures, keeping consistency throughout the bathroom.

Kohler Essential framed mirrors and Kichler Crosby vanity lights centered over each sink improved balance and lighting. Satin nickel hardware from Elements completed the cabinetry, adding subtle shine against the bold cabinet finish.
Carpet was replaced with Blume Deco tile, laid on a diagonal to add personality and connect with the shower niche. The water closet received the same tile, a new Miseno Bella dual-flush toilet, updated Delta accessories, and two new exhaust fans for better comfort.
Guest Bathroom Remodeling
Along with her primary bathroom, Jill decided to give the guest bathroom a complete update. The original space had a dated tub-and-shower combo, basic cabinetry, and flooring that no longer fit the style of the home.
She wanted this room to feel welcoming and fresh for anyone who used it. The tub and shower surround were removed down to the studs to make way for a new custom shower. Large porcelain wall tile, also used in the primary bathroom for a cohesive look, was installed in a stacked layout with clean white trim.
A long recessed niche was added, finished in Bedrosians Makoto Midori Green mosaic. The shower floor was finished with the same white glass mosaic tile used in the primary bathroom, tying the two spaces together.

Stainless fixtures matched those in the primary bathroom, keeping continuity across the home. A frameless barn-style sliding glass door with brushed nickel hardware completed the enclosure.
Cabinetry was updated with sage green for a softer tone than the navy in the primary bath, with a wall cabinet added above the toilet for extra storage.
Quartz counters matched the primary bath, paired with an undermount sink and matte black faucet for contrast. A framed mirror with two black-and-nickel sconces finished the vanity wall, tying in with details from the primary bath while giving this space its own style.

Updating the primary and guest bathrooms gave this home a fresh, cohesive feel while allowing each space to maintain its own character.
Shared materials like quartz counters, porcelain tile, and stainless fixtures created harmony, while unique accents in each room added personality. Together, these remodels brought style, comfort, and function that will be enjoyed for years to come.
