2 Bathroom Remodels in Ahwatukee...
It was a joy working with Kim on her 2 bathroom remodels in Ahwatukee.
Kim is detail oriented and type A like myself and we were able to create 2 dream bathrooms she loves.
Her master bathroom had the builder grade shower insert, countertops, faucets and accessories like mirrors and medicine cabinets.
We demolished the entire vanity area and installed some great items she chose, including quartz countertops, new mirrors, light fixtures, sinks, and faucets:
We redid the entire shower area including new flooring, removing the bathtub, and building a custom walk-in shower with tile to the ceiling. Large shower niche with new fixtures. She also wanted a half glass pane along with moving the shower valve handle to the left so she could easily turn on the shower without getting wet.

We also did her kids guest bathroom remodel and Kim had us demo the entire bathroom to get rid of all the outdated materials.
I liked how she let her kids help pick out many of the items for their bathroom and it came together quite well:
