Kitchen Remodel
Natalie and Christian decided to remodel their kitchen, aiming to refresh the space without altering its fundamental layout. They focused on specific updates to enhance the kitchen's functionality and aesthetic appeal.
The project's scope included keeping key components, such as the existing cabinets (except for those above the range), flooring, pendant lights, and all cabinet hardware, which was saved for use in the homeowners' other house.
The countertops were upgraded to Calacatta Delios Quartz, keeping the original layout. This update applied to the kitchen, island, bar, pantry, and hallway desks, all supported by hidden brackets for a sleek finish.
The backsplash was updated with Cybele Blue Porcelain Tile to align with the bottom of the upper cabinets in the kitchen, butler’s pantry, and coffee bar area, extending above the stovetop to the bottom of the new hood.
Appliances and fixtures were updated with a new single basin sink, and a stylish faucet. A new range hood with a custom wood exterior enhanced the ventilation, blending seamlessly into the kitchen’s design.
Natalie & Christian's kitchen remodel surpassed their expectations, transforming their space with both beauty and functionality while preserving the home's original charm.
Strategic upgrades and personalized touches not only enhanced the kitchen's practicality but also elevated its ambiance significantly.
Master Bathroom Renovation
They set out to transform their master bathroom into a space that better suited their tastes and functional needs. The goal was to update the shower, bathtub, and vanity area, and incorporate sleek finishes.
The new shower features a deeper and wider space, including a new wall with Super White Wind Glossy 12x24 tiles that were laid out, complemented by accent tiles Annie Selke Flora Vapor Blue Porcelain 18x18.
Noteworthy additions included a new valve, trim kit, a regular shower head, a handheld shower fixture, and Penny Round Matte White Porcelain Mosaic on the shower flooring.
It was finalized with new frameless tempered glass doors that swing both in and out, enhancing the openness of the space.
The bathtub area received a significant upgrade with the installation of a new Zaida 67" Acrylic Soaking Freestanding Tub. The area around the bathtub was tiled to match the shower wall tile.
In the vanity area, new Calacatta Delios Quartz countertops were installed along with two new vanity sinks, elevating the elegance and functionality of the space.
Kids Bathroom Remodeling
Seeking to improve both functionality and aesthetic appeal in the kid's bathroom, the homeowners envisioned a mix of updates and preserving existing elements that already complemented the space well.
Exceptional detail and craftsmanship modernized the area through a tile bathtub surround and shower wall tile, showcasing Laura Ashley Wicker Sea Spray Matte Porcelain 13x13 and 3D White Wave 12x22 Ceramic.
For its blend of practicality and aesthetic appeal, the Princeton 60" Americast Bathtub with a right-hand drain was chosen, fitting perfectly with the clients' vision.
Guest Bathroom Remodeling
Natalie & Christian set their sights on a total renovation for their guest bathroom, aiming to breathe new life into the space with a harmonious balance of utility and design elegance.
While opting to retain the original bathtub and fixtures to maintain a sense of continuity, they introduced a new wall niche, providing the desired practicality without compromising on style.
To ensure a cohesive look with the kids' bathroom, they selected Laura Ashley's Wicker Sea Spray Matte Porcelain and 3D White Wave 12x22 Ceramic tiles for the shower walls, achieving a visually unified and appealing aesthetic throughout.
As they settle into their newly remodeled home, it's clear that the project was more than just a series of renovations; it was a journey towards creating a space that resonates with their values and sense of beauty.
The success of this remodel lies not just in the stunning visual transformation but in the creation of a home that truly feels like their own, tailored to their daily lives and filled with details that make it uniquely theirs.
