Master Bathroom Remodel
Phaedra envisioned a stylish and functional transformation for the master bathroom. Seeking to update the space, she aimed to create a luxurious retreat that seamlessly blended contemporary design with practical features.
The master bathroom underwent a significant overhaul, starting with a complete demolition down to the studs. The existing shower was replaced with a custom, zero threshold design with a bamboo-inspired long rhomboid flooring.
For the walls, White Ribbon tiles were used in a horizontal straight lay pattern. The shower wall also included straight stack mesh tiles matching the floor, enhancing the overall aesthetic.
New plumbing fixtures included a Delta Ara shower head and trim in Brilliance Stainless, installed along with a new frameless tempered glass door with brushed nickel clips.
The vanity area was updated with Sollid Designer Series cabinets in Napa Clear Alder Beachwood, featuring Jeffrey Alexander Boswell handles in Satin Nickel.
Calacatta Delios quartz countertops were installed, accompanied by two standard rectangle under-mount sinks.
Rectangular mirrors and vanity lights were centered above the sinks, completing the vanity area.
The bathroom floor and closet were tiled with wood-look 12" x 24" tiles, laid parallel to the vanity.
Guest Bathroom Renovation
The guest bathroom remodel began with the removal of the old shower and bathtub, replaced with alcove bathtub in white.
Vertical 3" x 12" subway tiles were used for the shower walls. The vertical layout added a sense of height and elegance to the shower, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the bathroom.
New Delta Trinsic fixtures in matte black, including a shower head and valve, were installed. A custom recessed wall niche featured 4" hex tiles, providing both style and storage.
The vanity area was transformed with Sollid Designer Series cabinets in Napa Clear Alder Beachwood and Top Knobs Riverside Flat Black handles. Calacatta Delios quartz countertops were installed.
The vanity features a new framed mirror and vanity lights in a coal finish. Additionally, a new Utilitech 2-Sone 70-CFM exhaust fan was installed in the bathroom.
Entertainment Wall Remodel
The entertainment wall received a comprehensive update, starting with demolition and the construction of a bump out to accommodate new features. Drywall was installed, textured, and painted to create a seamless finish.
New Waypoint cabinets in a Painted Harbor finish were installed, including base cabinets, wall cabinets, and tall cabinets, providing ample storage and a cohesive look. Paneling was added to enhance the design.
Electrical outlets were moved and additional outlets were installed to support Phaedra’s entertainment needs.
The updated entertainment wall now serves as a stylish and functional focal point in the living area, providing both storage and display space for media and decor.
Phaedra's home remodel achieved a blend of modern functionality and fresh aesthetics. In the master bathroom, a luxurious, spacious shower and a stylish vanity area stand out.
The guest bathroom now features a chic, practical design, and the entertainment wall provides a polished and organized space for relaxation and enjoyment.
