Chef Leo Madrigal first developed his culinary background in Mexico as a teenager and has been building kitchens and menus in the valley for the past 30 years. Before very recently, he worked as a corporate chef at Z'tejas Grill, which was a significant participant in the Phoenix dining scene.
In addition to that, he was involved in the menu creation process at Taco Guild, Hopdaddy Burger Bar, and Salty Sow. The handcrafted tacos, homemade enchiladas, fresh and bold salads, and other specialities produced from scratch are Cocina Madrigal's area of expertise.
