Kitchen Renovation
Sal & Leslie envisioned a kitchen update that would improve both its functionality and appearance. They wanted to create a brighter, open layout with increased efficiency while keeping some of the elements they loved.
The remodel began with a complete demolition, removing the dated cabinets and dropped ceiling. This allowed for a raised, flush ceiling, which created a spacious and more open feel.
They selected Waypoint cabinetry in Maple Rye for the base cabinets and contrasting Painted Linen for their wall cabinets. The full-overlay doors with a five-piece flat panel added a sleek, timeless look.
Quartz countertops from Arizona Tile's Della Terra Quartz line in Pro Storm added durability and elegance to the space.
To enhance the overall look, a backsplash of MSI Eden Dolomite hexagon tiles was installed, stretching from the countertops to the bottom of the wall cabinets and around the window.
The Ruvati Nesta sink, with a 50/50 divide, paired with a Delta Essa matte black faucet, created a stylish and functional centerpiece. Plumbing was upgraded, and a new InSinkErator Badger disposal was installed.
To further brighten the space, seven recessed lights replaced older fixtures. Electrical receptacles and switches were updated, and an unused phone jack was removed to simplify the wall space.
Master Bathroom Revamp
The master bathroom was transformed into an elegant, functional space. The remodel introduced a fresh, open look, with modern features and improved functionality throughout the shower and vanity areas.
Filling the sunken shower floor allowed for a custom zero-threshold design, featuring Arizona Tile Pebble Mosaics in Cool Blend on the shower floor.
Emser's Sterlina II Silver Polished tiles were installed on the walls, accented by two recessed niches and a shaving foot niche, all lined with matching pebble mosaics for a cohesive look.
To add a contrasting accent to the shower walls, matte black Delta Trinsic fixtures were installed. The new glass shower door in clear glass and matte black trim elevated the look while providing easy access.
In the vanity area, the new Waypoint base cabinets in Maple Rye, are complemented by a sleek Pro Storm Quartz countertop, adding sophistication, and a Delta Nicoli matte black faucet completes the clean, modern look.
A frameless mirror Glacier Bay line, framed to match the cabinetry, enhanced the updated style. The new vanity light from the Joanna collection by Lamps Plus brightened the space with its black finish and four-light design.
Guest Bathroom Vanity Remodel
The guest bathroom vanity was updated to match the style and functionality of the master bath, creating a cohesive look throughout the home. This remodel replaced the outdated vanity with new cabinetry, fixtures, and finishes.
Outdated vanity was removed, and the walls were prepped for a fresh, modern look. Matching the master bathroom, Waypoint cabinets were installed, paired with Amerock Monument matte black handles for a sleek touch.
This cabinetry introduced a clean, updated style to the space. To complete the look, a Della Terra Quartz countertop in Pro Storm was added.
For the sink area, a white rectangular undermount sink was installed, complemented by a Delta Nicoli matte black widespread faucet. A frameless mirror was framed in the same Waypoint style for visual consistency.
This complete home transformation brought cohesive style, modern functionality, and refreshed aesthetics to every space, enhancing daily living and overall appeal.
