The course's semi-rolling landscape features subtle elevation changes and tall, mature trees scattered throughout. The fairways are tree-lined, and the medium-sized greens are slightly undulating.

Uncle Bear's Grill & Tap

Uncle Bear's Grill & Tap

You may be wondering who Uncle Bear was. He was a fun-loving good fella named "Bear," a Labrador mix. In honor of Bear, they named it Uncle Bear's Grill & Tap and created an upbeat, fun atmosphere where friends, family, and coworkers can come enjoy a variety of delicious menu selections and their own locally brewed craft beer.

The local motif was created to look like all of the places Bear or your family dog would visit. Take a look at the dog photos and license plates on the wall! These are all regulars from their family.

Favorites include garlic parm fries, fried mozzarella, beer cheese soup, cajun spiced chicken salad, the black and bleu burger, guacamole, and prime rib. They offer fantastic house drinks as well as a fantastic selection of craft beers brewed in their local brewery in Ahwatukee.

Angie’s Lobster

Angie’s Lobster

They serve $9.99 lobster meals with fries, Angie's sauce, and a drink, using only Maine lobster. Their Maine lobster rolls are loaded with premium tail meat, claw & knuckle, leg, and body meat. In addition to their popular Warm Lobster Rolls and Chilled Lobster Rolls, they also serve Fried Lobster Tails.

Angie's Lobster started from the ground up with the goal of selling lobster for the same price as fast food chicken. They value efficiency over income.

They are going vertical by purchasing lobsters from boats in Maine and processing them at their Maine plant. Third parties are avoided whenever possible. Third-party elimination reduces their profit, overhead, inefficiencies, and greed.

Handlebar Diner

Handlebar Diner

Handlebar Diner, which opened in April 2017, is a unique casual dining establishment that pays homage to Americana. The restaurant is a restored Valentine Diner from the 1940s. People can congregate there and soak in the Eastmark neighborhood's hip atmosphere.

DMB bought The Diner in 2015 after seeing it advertised on Craigslist. The team transported it from Loveland, Colorado to Mesa, Arizona, where they began designing and building this unique eatery, which has a 10-seat indoor diner, patio dining outside, and a larger garden area. Despite the fact that the restaurant is technically quite old, the chef-curated food is anything but traditional.
