We handle all of the planning, design, tear down, construction, and clean up services with precision and professionalism which allows you to focus on the important things in life.

Remodel projects we do

We do most types of home remodel services inside the home. We handle all aspects of the remodel to improve the homeowner experience and ensure it is a smooth process for everyone.

Here are examples of the type of projects we do inside the home:

  • Install new cabinets
  • Cabinet storage (Like the ones pictured here)
  • Refinish and/or refacing cabinets (we do not combine refinishing or refacing services with new cabinets which is explained in more detail below)
  • Countertops

  • New plumbing fixtures
  • Rough electrical
  • New electrical fixtures and lighting
  • Drywall
  • Texture
  • Painting
  • Backsplash / wall tile / stacked stone / shiplap
  • Flooring
  • Appliance Install

  • Wall removal (not load bearing walls that need a large metal beam - we have a structural engineer and can identify what is needed before proceeding)

There are certain types of projects we don’t do.  If you have projects that meet the criteria above and also projects that we don’t do from info below, we could do some of the projects and not the other.  

If you want one company to do everything, then we won’t be a good fit if your project entails any of the items below.

These are the type of home remodel services we don’t currently do:

  • Mixing new cabinets with refinishing/refacing cabinets. When you try to take existing cabinets and put new cabinets next to them and then refinish the stain or paint, it creates issues. Because of this, we do not combine refinishing cabinets and installing new cabinets next to each other.
  • The one exception is if you want to refinish/reface your perimeter cabinets, and then have your island removed and rebuilt with new cabinets. We can do that because the island is by itself, which we can explain more on a consultation call.
  • Exterior projects such as patios, landscaping, roofing, etc
  • Home additions or extensions
  • Garage conversions
  • Adding a bathroom that does not currently exist.  We will remodel a current bathroom, but we will not create a new bathroom that does not already exist in the current location.
  • Project only consisting of cabinet refinishing, flooring, or paint. We do these as part of larger projects but none of those 3 on their own.
  • Insurance claims - We don’t use the type of pricing software insurance companies require. If you don’t need to send them a new bid we can help, but not if you are trying to get more money from the insurance company because they won't take our proposals.
  • We have a minimum amount of $15,000 for all combined projects.
  • Handyman type of project by themselves. If we are doing a remodel project such as a bathroom remodel and you want us to replace ceiling fans, lights, etc in other rooms we can help. We don’t do those types of items by themselves, but along with other projects we can help.

#1  Schedule Call

The first step is to schedule a remodel phone consultation.

You'll receive remodel advice, get all your questions answered, discuss your remodel needs, and get a price quote from our Consultation Manager.

#2 In-Home Evaluation

If initial call goes well, we schedule an in-home  evaluation.

At the in-home appointment, we further discuss your remodel needs, take measurements, and send you a written proposal.

#3 Planning & Design

You sign the feasibility, planning, & design agreement and start your design process.

We work together on your project scope, designs, and price so everything is planned out before the construction starts.

#4  Construction

You sign the construction agreement and we start your home remodel project, while keeping you in the loop the entire time.

We complete your dream space to enjoy and share with your friends, family & neighbors!
