So what does this Remodel Sales Job consist of?

Job responsibilities taking the client through the remodel journey:

    Complete a free in-home evaluation for those that were qualified from our Lead Development Manager doing a phone consultation.  ( The in-home evaluation consists of a needs assessment, learn about client, and take measurements)
  2. 2
    Submit the SOW to our estimators for them to use our pricing software to create a proposal
  3. 3
    Answer estimator’s questions on the project, double check their work, paste the info into a Word proposal template and send it to the client with a pre-created email template.

    Answer followup questions from homeowner
  5. 5
    If they move forward, attend a 2nd meeting with our designer to review the project
  6. 6
     Update CRM lead statuses
  7. 7
    When they finish the planning and design phase, send them the updated proposal and see if they are ready to move forward
  8. 8
    Send them the construction agreement and have them e-sign it

Important Requirements for this sales job

  • Exceptional people skills
  • Must possess an outgoing personality
  • Having a good memory 
  • Having the ability to take proper notes of the client needs during the in-home evaluation 
  • Proficient computer skills 
  • Able and willing to learn basics of Infusionsoft and BuilderTrend software
  • Dependable transportation
  • Pass drug screening and background check
  • Ability to lift 30lbs even though you will not be doing any construction work
  • You truly care about people and helping homeowners with their remodel
  • Coachable & trainable so not having a big ego, and open to feedback to always be improving (We also are always looking to improve the company and do not have an ego about new improvements)
  • Construction knowledge in bathroom remodels and kitchen remodel preferred

We only service South Phoenix, Ahwatukee, Laveen, Chandler, Tempe, Gilbert, and south Mesa. So you would not have to drive to Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, North Phoenix, central Phoenix, west Phoenix, etc…
